LOCATION: Your perfect Chatham vacation starts here in this newly renovated and furnished luxury home, featuring a heated salt-water pool with spa (open from about May 15th to about October 1st). Close to Shore Rd and downtown Chatham, this beautiful 4-bedroom (with TWO King Primary En Suites) has central AC and is an easy walk to restaurants and shops in town, Oyster Pond, Cow Yard Beach, Claflin Landing Beach, Chatham Bars Inn, the Chatham Fishing Pier, Chatham Anglers baseball games, and the playground.
HOUSE & PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: You will love preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and grilling on the patio with a table and chairs (seating for 8), 4 Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. You and your kids will have a ball swimming in the new heated salt-water pool with spa (open from about May15th to about October 1st--all weather depending), playing on the huge, sprawling flat lawn, shooting hoops in the half-basketball court, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the pool or beach. Gather with your family in the living room with a large flat-screen 55" TV, lounge in the sun room, or play pool and watch the 65" TV in the lower level family room.
BEDROOMS: Sleeps 10
1st floor: #1 Bedroom - king primary en suite w/large marble full bath and 55” TV. #2 Bedroom - queen bed and large TV. #3 Bedroom - two bunk beds (4 twins total).
2nd floor: #4 Bedroom - a huge second king primary en suite (750+ sq ft) w/beautiful new Italian porcelain tile shower, living area with a Queen Pullout Sofa Bed, and large 65” TV.
NOTE ADDITIONAL ITEMS:

- Provided during PEAK SEASON only (July and August).
- NOT provided any other months (Sept to June)--guests BRING or RENT their own
* No Pets - this is a no-pets property, but this is not an allergen-free home as pets do visit from time to time

Summary: Terrific house-great accommodations for seven adults. Well appointed, great communicative owner with good recommendations. Close proximity (walking) to Chatham Bars and downtown. Hangar 8 best breakfast spot. Confections by the Sea nailed it with birthday cake upon arrival.

Summary: The property was in excellent condition and the instructions and care of the property are beyond excellent. We had such a wonderful time and felt at home as soon as we walked in. So convenient. Chatham was a pleasure. I strongly recommend staying at this wonderful home away from home.

Summary: My family stayed here when we were in Chatham for my nephew’s wedding. The home, pool and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Having two primary suites allowed my elderly in laws to stay with us very comfortably. The location is perfect. We enjoyed morning walks to town for coffee and afternoon walks to the pier to see the fishermen come in and to watch the seals. I hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again some day!

Summary: We stayed here for a girls trip and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and very clean, and has all the amenities you could think to need. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. The host was so helpful and easily available via text. Great location and a private back yard, and the pool and hot tub were our favorite part!

Summary: This beautiful Chatham property was a joy for our multi-generational family vacation. The house and pool are as pictured, spacious and perfectly maintained. The host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you could want to make for an easy and enjoyable stay. And she was always helpful and readily available for questions. The location is both private and very accessible to the many amenities in the Chatham downtown. We were pleased to find that we were close enough to explore the beaches of Wellfleet and Orleans, if we wanted to venture out, instead of just relaxing in comfort with a book by the pool. We definitely hope to return soon to this lovely vacation home.

Summary: How many times do you reach your rental only to be disappointed? Not at this property. This is absolutely the finest example of a homeowner catering to your needs. We have never found a home better equipped. No need to run to the store at this rental. We are a 3 generation family of 9 and we didn’t want to leave. Everything is explained, labeled, included. Plenty of options for indoor and outdoor activities. Expensive? Perhaps. But in line with others that offer this location and these amenities and worth it.

Summary: Fabulous property. Great location. Close to everything. House is as described. Fully stocked with everything you need. Great layout with 2 masters. We were there for our sons wedding at the CBI and it worked perfectly. Lovely pool and spa. Sadly was raining all weekend so did not get to use the outside space- but it is lovely. Owner is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Summary: My siblings, our spouses, and our 4 teenage/young adult children spent 3 nights at this beautiful home over New Year's Eve. After a lot of online searching, we found this property and could not have been more pleased by it! The home itself is gorgeous- beautifully decorated, bright, spacious, very well-appointed, and clean. Had it been summer, we would have loved the yard, fire pit, and swimming pool! The location was perfect- an easy walk to the ocean and town. There was plenty of room in the house for us to be together or to spread out. Our host, Claudine, was a pleasure to deal with. I reached out with a question once, and she responded immediately. We really enjoyed our stay in Chatham, and should we have the opportunity to return, it would be to stay in this gorgeous home!
